Please read these terms carefully before applying to the FirstMeta Paid Internship & Final Year Project Training Program. By submitting an application and taking the free skill assessment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Eligibility & Enrolment

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed a recognised degree/diploma program in Engineering, Science, MCA, BCA or a related field.
  • All information submitted in the application form must be accurate, complete and verifiable. FirstMeta reserves the right to reject or terminate enrolment if any detail is found to be false or misleading.
  • The standard admission process consists of: (a) online application, (b) free 20-question skill assessment, (c) personal interview, (d) payment confirmation, and (e) onboarding.
  • Confirmation of a seat is subject to availability, successful completion of the skill assessment, interview clearance and full payment of the applicable program fee.

2. Free Skill Assessment

  • All applicants are required to complete a free 20-question online skill assessment after submitting their application. This helps us understand your current level and assign the right track.
  • The assessment is provided at no cost and may be retaken. Each attempt randomly samples from a larger question bank, so questions may vary between attempts.
  • Detailed explanations are provided for every answer (whether correct or incorrect) at the end of the test to support your learning.
  • Performance in the assessment is used for track recommendation and internal review only. It does not guarantee admission or a specific track assignment.

3. Program Fees & Refund Policy

  • Program fees are as displayed on the Apply page and are exclusive of GST (where applicable).
  • Fees once paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstance — including withdrawal, absenteeism, change of mind, or inability to attend.
  • Seats are confirmed only after full payment is received. Partial payments do not guarantee a seat.
  • FirstMeta reserves the right to revise fees, durations and program structure without prior notice for future batches.

4. Attendance & Conduct

  • Candidates are expected to maintain a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the duration of the program.
  • Professional conduct is mandatory at all times — in office, online sessions and external communications. Harassment, plagiarism, misuse of company resources or sharing of internal material is strictly prohibited.
  • FirstMeta reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in case of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of these terms.

5. Program Structure & Deliverables

  • Programs run for 30–60 days depending on the selected track (AI/ML, Full Stack, React/Web, Mobile, Cloud, Database, Software Product Development or Final Year Project Support).
  • Training is delivered offline at our Chennai lab, with a hybrid option available for outstation students. Weekend and weekday batches are offered based on availability.
  • Candidates are expected to build and deploy a real-world project with 1:1 mentor support, maintain a public GitHub repository with clean commit history, and submit a final project report and presentation deck.
  • All training material, source code, project templates, datasets and documentation provided during the program remain the intellectual property of FirstMeta Infra.
  • Candidates may use deliverables they personally build during the program for academic submissions and portfolio purposes, with proper attribution to FirstMeta.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All training material, source code, project templates, datasets and documentation provided during the program remain the intellectual property of FirstMeta Infra.
  • Candidates may use deliverables they personally build during the program for academic submissions and portfolio purposes, with proper attribution to FirstMeta.
  • Confidential information regarding clients, internal tools, or proprietary methods must not be disclosed, published or shared outside the program.

7. Certification, Placement & Alumni

  • Certificates of completion and internship letters are issued only to candidates who successfully complete the program, meet the 90% attendance criteria, submit all required deliverables, and present their project.
  • FirstMeta provides training, mentoring, project experience and placement guidance. Placement assistance is on a best-effort basis and is NOT a guarantee of employment.
  • Successful graduates receive lifetime access to the FirstMeta alumni community, resume and LinkedIn profile review, and mock interview support.

8. Anti-Cheat & Fair Use

  • During the free skill assessment, candidates must not use external assistance, copy answers from others, or attempt to manipulate the test system. Violations may result in disqualification.
  • Any form of plagiarism in project work, assignments or submissions will result in immediate termination without refund and may impact academic standing.
